I watched some of the MTV awards last night, mostly because I wanted to see Eminem perform. He's been my favorite rapper since the 3rd grade. I am so disgusted by the stunt that Sacha Baron Cohen pulled by putting his naked ass in Eminem's face and I don't think Eminem was in on the joke, he looks disgusted and pissed and he LEFT! Come on now! Thank God Eminem performed before that happened cause I do not think he would have stayed to perform if that happened before hand.
These award shows today are getting tasteless and terrible to watch. They are no longer enjoyable or funny. People wonder why kids today aren't respectful? Look at the whole "skit" with Hayden Panatiere(sp?) and that Orbit gum guy. She was cursing up a storm! Oh yes, very tasteful Hayden! We all have cursed in our lives but to go on an Awards show and to do these things, it's ridiculous. Oh and the part where Leeann Rhymes comes out and sings "I Jizzed In My Pants," oh yeah very funny. I am so glad I stayed up to watch this. Can you imagine all the kids who see this? Oh this is so funny. But it's not. It's disgusting and I am ashamed of my generation today. I really am. I cannot believe the lack of respect for everything that is going on and all the things they are allowing on TV. Andy Samberg was a horrible host for the awards and he wasn't funny at all.
As if the award show itself didn't piss me off enough, Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are winning all these awards and lets be honest, the movie Twilight sucked! The acting was HORRIBLE and I am such a big fan of the book that it just ruined everything for me. I saw the trailer for New Moon and let me tell you... I can really see how Kristen Stewart is portraying how devastated she is. She is doing SUCH A GOOD JOB!.... NOT. She is terrible, Rob Pattinson is terrible... I can't believe people are going to waste $10 to see this crap in the theatre when it comes out. Its not worth my time or money that's for sure. Ugh I am so mad about this lol But whatever... I am not going to think about how sad this generation is.
I'm out.
